My Story
Hello there! I am currently a student at Penn State University, my major is Software Engineering and my minor is Security & Risk Analysis.
I have been fascinated by the latest gadgets and software even from a young age when most of my days were filled with playing outside in the dirt. Dirt is great but I love exploring new technologies and discovering how they can make our lives easier.
As a tech enthusiast, I am always happy to share my knowledge and expertise with others, whether it's helping them troubleshoot or simply answering their questions. So if you need any help with your tech issues and other tasks, please don't hesitate to reach out to me!
What I Offer
IT Assistance
As we age, technology can become more challenging to navigate. Don't waste your time being frustrated when you don't have to. Enjoy life and let me handle the technical tasks. I'm here to help you with any issues you may have.
Examples: learning new software/apps, new router, connectivity issues, updates, new tv setup, anti-virus, performance issues, syncing devices, smart devices, printers, new computer setup, etc.
Errands
The errand service is designed to make your life easier and more comfortable. I understand that running errands can be time consuming and tedious. From picking up a grocery order, to a store order, or picking up prescriptions, I'm here to assist so you can relax.
General Help
Get advice(non-legal/financial) and support from Katie Did IT. I can help with tasks that may not fall under IT or Errands.
Examples: This may include such things as, filling out forms or help gathering documents for life events such as medicare/taxes/life insurance, walking your dog, cleaning your cats litter box, organizing, cleaning, or anything else you may need assistance with.
Fees for this service depend solely on the task requested and will be adjusted lower/higher accordingly.
Recurring Services
If you have a regular recurring need for my services I am more than happy to work up a service plan customized to your needs.
